National Mining Week takes place in May acknowledging the importance of mining in Canada.  As part of our ongoing Lunation series, please join us Thursday May 31 at 8:30 pm in Roseneath Park (adjacent to Alberta Ave No Frills parking lot)  for a brief workshop and information gathering session for, Your Mine & Ours, a piece we are developing on the effects of the Canadian mining industry both at home and abroad. We would like to share our initial approaches to this work and welcome your responses, stories and ideas as part of this phase of the research.  In case of rain, we will move to a nearby café.
